Monroe County Assessor announces important deadlines

The Monroe County Assessor’s Office reminds property owners and businesses of several key tax-related deadlines approaching in the coming months.

  • Farm Use Applications are due September 1.
  • Business Forms are due September 1.
  • Personal Property Forms are due October 1.
  • Homestead Exemptions are due December 1.

Property owners and businesses are encouraged to submit the required forms and applications by the stated deadlines to ensure timely processing and to avoid potential penalties or loss of eligibility for applicable exemptions or classifications.
